I have used the services of Select Title for over 15 years.  As a realtor, it is very 

important to work with a company that cares about their clients.  They help advise on how title should be taken so that there are not costly issues in the future. In my experience, they are the best at repairing title issue that do come up on properties prior to closing them.  Sherri takes her time in closing to explain each document so that buyers and sellers know exactly what they are signing.  She is wonderful with first  time home buyers! Also, realtors work nights and weekends, sometimes things come up and we cannot always wait until regular business hours to get information.  Sherri will always respond to my text, calls or emails no matter the day or time.
